Thank god we had a gift card because whoever was cooking Saturday didn't know what they were doing. I cook steaks better than that at home. No seasoning, and I ordered mine medium‐rare and it came out medium, while my wife ordered hers well done and it came out medium-rare. Easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Steakhouse. I wouldn't have paid $20 for that meal. The lobster tail was raw, we were party to the whole seating plan of the restaurant being shouted between 2 staff members behind us. It was just an overall bad experience.
I celebrated my anniversary with my wife, and since we had a gift card from a friend, we decided to try this restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed the chicken fingers, steak, and steak fries. The house salads were generous and featured nice, crispy lettuce. The bread served was wonderful too. I appreciate how different restaurants offer various types of bread, which adds a unique touch to the dining experience.
A little confusion in the beginning as we had a party of 15, but the staff was great and took care of us. It took a long time to put our order in and receive our food. The temperature wasn't good for us that got french fries as they were cold. Everything else was fine and delicious! I would go back again!
Went on a Tuesday night, it is was really busy, so I sat at the bar, the service was not great, bar tender seem to be covering a large area, had to ask twice for bread and A1, steak was under cooked, not the best experience I've had at Longhorn. But the Old Fashioned was good

they have 18 of us (unannounced) sitting pretty fast. we didn't all sit together, but they tried to approach us. the waitresses were wonderful, attentive and the conversation was beautiful. overall, just great! eating was as always delish. great job.
LongHorn is my go-to steakhouse, and the Vandalia location does not disappoint. The steaks are juicy, perfectly seasoned, and expertly cooked, complemented by an excellent staff. Additionally, their raspberry lemonade is the best I've ever tasted!
Excellent meal tonight. Salmon cooked perfectly. Salad very fresh. Wild fire shrimp....mmmm yummy. Server was Jose and was extremely attentive. Always have good meals here but tonight was exceptional!!!
Our server, Teia, was truly exceptional. I've dined at many restaurants, but she exceeded all expectations for customer service. I’m really thankful that we had her taking care of our table tonight.

Steak was really good and cooked perfect. Mushrooms were also really good. Mashed potatoes were a little cool to the point that butter wouldn’t melt. All and all it was good.
This is the best Longhorn around. The service is excellent. I had the best ribeye! The wildwest shrimp is awesome. But the staff is amazing. Well done!
