I will begin by saying I am NOT one to complain,because I know what it is to work with and for people. I love Longhorn and I usually don't get disappointed BUT tonight was just plain unacceptable and on my sons birthday nonetheless.I sat on my table at 8.24 pm and I didn't receive NO food until I was ready to walk out at 10 pm. No apologies whatsoever and they wanted me to pay for my drinks. Which I had no problem with but that's just plain disrespectful to not just offer as a form of apology. I hope from this review they just realize how they need to pay more attention to the orders coming in if nothing else. Just disappointing and waste of time.
I've been to this restaurant MANY times, and my family and I consider ourselves regulars. We love dining here because we feel like we get great value for our money. As red meat enthusiasts, this place is perfect for us. However, the location could improve its cleanliness and staffing. We often find ourselves waiting for over half an hour due to a lack of staff. If you're looking for a tasty appetizer, I highly recommend the Chicken Bites with ranch—they're amazing! The men in our family typically order the Longhorn, as it's quite filling!
I'd definitely would leave a Zero Stars if I could. I kept calling and calling and then I get my call cancelled it sounds like they pick up the phone and hang up. Several times I try and call for their lunch specials and they never answer. I've placed my order online as well and it's always missing something or bread on the sandwiches feel wet and old. Service has gone down as of late and the employees on the phone sound very rude. Would recommend anything else around the area. Better food for your money around there.
The restaurant was completely empty when I arrived. I tried to place an order over the phone, but I was put on hold for 20 minutes. So, I decided to drive over and order in person, only to find the place still empty. I really enjoy the restaurant and the food, but the service at this location is disappointing. Meal type: Lunch. The service was incredibly fast, and the food was excellent. The recommended dishes quickly became my favorites. The buffalo sauce was delicious, with just the right amount of spice, and the potatoes were seasoned perfectly. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5. I enjoyed a wonderful lunch here!

First time here, the steak is very good and the service is excellent. The waitress came back and forth to make sure everything is good and to refill our drinks. Nice vibes and kinda dim lighting which we liked. Get the spicy chicken bites are
Absolutely speechless! The service was divine. I dined there for dinner, and the price per person ranged from $30 to $50. Everything was exceptional: the food, the service, and the atmosphere all received a perfect 5 out of 5!

The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. Our waitress was friendly and professional. We were promptly seated and didn't have to wait long for our food to be served. Overall, I had a great dining experience.
