Have been a regular customer of Greene King Pubs and this one has now become our go to for Carvery From the greeting when you first arrive to the 5 star service, I cant fault this place, only full of praise. We have gone from once a week to now nearly a daily visit. My father who is in his 90s finishes his meal everytime, as do I. Value for money is the best I've ever experienced. I would recommend booking as it does get busy, which is understandable, given the delicious food in such welcoming surroundings. Fantastic food! With nice and hearty portions leaving you being able to hardly move after finishing. Our server Lauren was an absolute sweetheart and a ball of pure positive energy. All round great experience, I will be coming here again!
Would 100% recommend. The food was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and, although busy, never felt crowded. Well organised carvery. Good value for money. My son I had a great Sunday lunch.
The food was lovely... Served by fantastic staff especially the lovely Lauren. So kind and helpful... If only all places had such a wonderful team. To us to be made to feel so welcome is what makes the place.

Had a really enjoyable festive menu and Lauren who served us was very helpful, making the effort to interact with us and make any changes we had with the deserts. Overall great value for the money.
