Lon's At The Hermosa

I went there last night with my husband for an early anniversary dinner and it was so romantic and beautiful there. The food at Lon’s was very good as well. I had the calamari strips with shrimp and swordfish ay entree. For dessert we had the cowboy candy. I thought the food was amazing and was really impressed with the chefs use of fresh herbs and local ingredients and grown on the premises. He had a very unique way of combining ingredients for a tasty and natural quality. Absolutely loved the beautiful ambiance as we dined outside and enjoyed the fireplaces and the fountain. We loved the beautiful landscaping around the restaurant which has many flowers and desert botanicals, cacti which was really lovely. The waiter was absolutely wonderful as well. Thanks for an incredible evening. We will be back.

This place is an amazing escape for a staycation in the valley! It felt like we were in an oasis with all of the green landscaping and beautiful flowers. We stayed for our anniversary and it was perfect. It was so quiet and relaxing. The customer service is top notch with turndown service, fresh baked cookies in your room every night, and a wonderful surprise of yummy chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. Angela was so attentive at the pool and made sure we had the best experience. Charlotte was great when I was setting up our reservations and made sure we were taken care of. It is the little touches Where they go above and beyond that make this place so special. Don't hesitate to book your next trip here. You won't regret it!

Lovely setting and fine cuisine and service. Everyone on the staff makes you feel very welcome at this classic inn and restaurant. Flowers everywhere in the extensive grounds make the setting seem like Heaven in Arizona. Sunday brunch on their shaded patio is outstanding!

Wonderful stay at Hermosa Inn. We enjoyed the pool, the room, the service and on our last night a wonderful meal at Lon’s. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a place in Phoenix or Scottsdale.

The server was knowledgeable and very friendly, the food was amazing and very fresh! One of the best places I've eaten.
