Loose Goose Resto Pub And Lounge

I went with my friends for dinner. It took over an hour to receive our food. On top of that, my friend ordered wings to go before we even received our food and we didn’t receive them. When we asked about the wings when we finished our meals, we were told it would be another 20mins because it was a take out order therefore low priority to them. Food was good but service terrible. If you want somewhere to go for a drink it’s a good spot in lakeshore.

I can't believe your restaurant refused to accept our order for take-out. We even offer to wait an hour for our food and were refused. An escalation to the manager resulted in a flat refusal again. Sadly, you lost and an order valued over $200.00 and a repeat customer. I will ensure to let everyone know the lack of business knowledge customer service or understanding of the service industry.

High recommend the Fish Tacos. Very filling. Excellent Perch. Would definitely come back to try other menu items.
