The choice is simple...and very easy because there are no complicated menus; you are offered Le plat du jour with a limited, but reasonable choice of desserts and this, for some, is a huge plus, especially if you are in a hurry. Le plat du jour is different every day and the one we have tried was delicious. This restaurant does not appear to compete with others in the more expensive category and because of this I have marked it as excellent. AB

Small bistrot in the city centre of Coutances. Met a friend there for lunch. Meal of the day on offer with three starters and puddings to choose from. No complications, fresh food and different combinations compared to standard food e.g. Breast chicken stuffed with apricot served on parsnip mash. Delicious! I had the café gourmand, great choice. Overall good experience, great homemade dish but slightly more expensive than a workers bar.

I have lunched twice in this restaurant and I recommend it because it's true tasty cuisine, it's quite copyy and original. The products are of good quality and the simple and nice welcome. We can share a table with strangers, it's the concept... Midway between canteen for the frame and really good family restaurant for flavors. Good for your prizes! Some co-workers would do well to inspire...
