I always drive past Lorys and wanted to try it for years so i finally made it for dinner the other day. It's right next to the lake and has a gorgeous view although you can't see the view from the inside or outside dining area. There are picnic tables near the lake but they don't get table service. There was a baby shower the day I went, so they do events next to the bar. Our waitress/bartender, Gracie, was so friendly and super on top of things, especially for being so crazy busy. She said they do karaoke on Fridays, they have bands Saturdays, and they other events with the pool tables/cornhole. They post to Facebook for their events. I had the chicken shrimp jambalaya and it was delicious....
I hosted a wedding shower for my son and his fiancée today on the terrace, and it was a fantastic experience. The setting was casual and comfortable, with a stunning view. The food was absolutely delicious, particularly the wasabi salad dressing and the pork with plum sauce. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly attentive. My future daughter-in-law mentioned that it was the best shower anyone could hope for! Thank you, Lory's!
Thank you, Lory's! Food was fantastic!!!! Great service, nice quiet night from season Monday!! The ambience was perfect for our 9th anniversary dinner! Even the Long Island Ice Tea was the best I had in a very long time!! Italian creamy garlic dressing was great!!! About Steak House, Lory's Steak made the week was made from the chain!
I'm very disappointed. The pierogi dough was tough, and the stuffed cabbage didn’t have any rice mixed in with the meat. The sauce was overly sweet and not enjoyable. I also ordered a ginger ale, but it never arrived. The only thing I liked was the spinach. Overall, it was a disappointing meal.

The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. The food and drinks were delicious. We were seated at a table with a lake view immediately, while other restaurants had over an hour wait for tables overlooking their parking lots. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to return!
The presentation was excellent, and the food was incredibly fresh. I've never had any complaints about this restaurant. Everything is very delicious!
