Los Almendros Bakery

I visited this restaurant for the first time today after hearing about it and having an appointment in Burbank. I didn't want to deal with the crowds at Portos, so I decided to try it out. I ordered a Cubano sandwich, some sweet breads, and the dulce de Leche Besitos, and I have to say, everything was delicious. The Besitos were larger and even better than the ones at Portos. Despite Yelp stating that they close at 7, they actually closed at noon that day, but I was lucky to arrive 10 minutes before closing. The prices were very affordable and I highly recommend giving this place a try. We will definitely be returning soon!

This is a fantastic family-owned bakery. I sampled the guava cheese roll and the chorizo breakfast burrito, both of which were delicious. The service was excellent, with the daughter serving me at the counter being very nice and helpful. The mother was also sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely love this place! I frequently visit and always purchase a variety of items to bring back for my coworkers. I particularly enjoy their empanadas, cheese rolls, and guava with cheese rolls. Their ham and cheese croissants are also amazing! I highly recommend checking out this restaurant.

Great pastries, sandwiches, and empanadas at a fair price. Los Almendros is as good as Portos at a much better price. There is less selection than Portos, and not as fancy, but I'll take it for the price! Reserva una mesa ahora

I got there right at closing and a lady was super nice and helped my girlfriend and I. It was our 1st time and it was so good! Definitely will be coming back to try the cakes and other treats !

Needed pies and Porto's line was insane!! Was able to find this spot and let me tell you how grateful and excited I was to find this gem , thank you!! Can't wait to try to pies
