I came in hungry with my family of 8 and everywhere there are hassles to get us out but here I felt welcomed and very well attended. The place was clean and tables were set to our accommodations, bathroom smelled amazing not like those nasty public bathrooms.. Let me Get to the best Part which is the food.. I ordered a traditional Honduran plater called “pollos con tajadas” and let me tell you I liked the plate clean. The chicken was juicy tender and flavorful, the tajadas were cooked perfectly and crispy, the curtido on the side was amazing, you could just devour it by itself. The food at this restaurant is average, but the service leaves much to be desired. They take an excessive amount of time to answer the phone, often putting you on hold for long periods of time or abruptly hanging up on you. If you choose to order takeout, be prepared to wait at least an hour and a half for your food, which arrives cold. The staff is unprofessional and provides poor customer service. Sadly, this establishment has declined in quality and I will not be returning as a customer. I recommend going to Titas across the street for better service and a more pleasant dining experience. If the management values their business, they should consider letting go of the current employees.
I will never return to this restaurant. I placed an order that was listed as $10 on their online menu, but when I arrived to pay, it was $14. I brought this to the attention of the waitress and asked to speak to the manager. When I explained the situation to the manager and suggested he change the price, he refused to honor the online price. He showed no apology for the error and did not attempt to rectify the situation by honoring the advertised price. I believe this establishment discriminates against Black people, specifically Black women, as I had a similar experience in the past. I will no longer be giving them my business.
Bad service ? It's disgusting that I got hairy. The food was a breakfast with omelettes? I told the waitress to change my plate, it took 15 minutes and they didn't change the cold tortillas, it was my turn to eat, this is not an act for people who don't know how to be clean in the kitchen.

I only get the chicken and rice soup. It is very tasty and filling and warming.
