Food was not great. I got the chicken sandwich thinking it would be one similar to Popeyes or any other chicken sandwich.Wound up being two frozen chicken fingers/nuggets on a school lunch style bun with limp shredded lettuce. The herb mayo and pickles were ok but that’s not the main component of a “King” sandwich.Sweet potato fries were a big portion but were mushy and not seasoned at all. I suggest putting salt and pepper on them, cmon guys.Plantains were also a big portion and were ok, some were burnt/overcooked but overall ok. I really love this place! I usually get takeout, and the food is fantastic. It offers great comfort food, reminiscent of the Portuguese cuisine you're familiar with. I usually order the regular combo, which comes with a variety of meats, rice, fries, and salad. You can't go wrong with the rice—I often take it home and add some vegetables to make it even tastier. I’m not sure what could elevate this to five stars. As takeout, it's a solid five stars, but for dining in (which isn’t really set up for that), I’d rate it three stars. Overall, the food is great!
I always go for my usual pork ribs and rice with beans. Meats are always tender, well seasoned and piping hot, even after you get home. The place can get packed during the dinner time crowd. The place gets really, really hot while you wait to pick up your food (yes, even if you phone in). They get really busy although they have plenty of help who are all friendly. This is my go to place for Churrasqueria in town.
Really great food, I ordered the chicken, beef and pork combo. All the food came out fresh, and the portions are very generous. We had enough left overs for a 2nd dinner. Definitely worth a try if your from the area. Side note we’ve also tried their nachos and they were some of the best we’ve had!

Wow! I stopped by for lunch and was really impressed. The place was clean, the quality of the food was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. The portions were generous, and everything was prepared well. If I lived nearby, I would definitely be back here all the time!
I door dashed today from them, chicken was so juicy and the beef ribs were delicious, rice was so good too. They give you more than enough food. I really enjoyed it after moving to Jersey from nyc I finally found a spot that’s worth going too
Not from the area, stopped for lunch. Food was very fresh and tasted amazing. Friendly service and the serving were huge! Definitely recommend (try the quesadillas!

Chicken Bland, Salty and Dry, and I requested Spanish rice with black beans and they gave black beans and white rice.
