Used to really enjoy this place but if you don't go here during a certain early day time window when the one cook who actually knows how to prepare food is there you're out of luck. Ordered a taco and received a pile of lettuce with a soggy mess inside and thawed tomatoes on it. Stay away from the tomatoes here..danger danger. Not to mention the lady at the cash register who is rude and can't comprehend simple orders. Always love intervening with her especially when she argues with you about what you ordered then tries to tell you that you ordered what she heard in her dimented mind. I have not been here in awhile, so I decided to grab a burrito from here for dinner. I placed my order, chicken burrito with only rice beans, cilantro, onions, tomatoes and sour cream wrapped in two tortillas. It didn't take long to get my burrito and off I went home. It's still one of the better burritos, I have had, especially for a chain, they are pretty generous with the ingredients and they all played well with each other and it tasted delicious! A! I will definitely be back!
We used Los to cater our son 's grad party this past weekend. Can 't say enough good things about Erik and his team. Erik worked through the menu with me and made some great suggestions. When I arrived for pickup, everything was ready and the team loaded it into my car. My guests lit up as they saw the food everything was great. Highly recommend if you are looking for great food, staff and an easy experience!
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was appalling and the staff seemed incompetent. It was concerning to observe the cooks' unhygienic practices. Overall, I cannot recommend this place and certainly won’t be returning.

An institution in the area. I started coming here with my friends in high school. Now my kids will happily take food from here that sat in the car for 30 minutes while I drove it home over any Mexican food in our town. Well worth what you spend!
I've been going here for over 20 years. The food tastes great and they are nice enough to offer extra chips as needed. We had a steak burrito and 3 taco platter with al pastor. The beans and rice on the platter also taste excellent.
The cashier and the cook were unwilling to prepare my order the way I like it, and I was overcharged for a torta. If you're in the hospitality business, it's important to do better.
The tongue tacos are the best in this area and the employees all speak English and Spanish. Best beef tongue tacos nearby and the employees all speak English and Spanish.

The best tacos in the Chicago suburbs can be found at this location, but I can't say the same for the others – they're significantly inferior.
Fine place for a good meal, unfortunatley they were closed when times posted on Google stated they were open.
