Los Candiles De Lorena

We really enjoy having menu del dia here. It is real value for money and they always have a selection of starters, mains and deserts. I have had the fish soup which was really tasty, paella (various kinds such as chicken and rabbit, or rabbit and snail, or sea food) these are not available on the same day but they usually have a paella available, my favourite desert is abuella cake (Grandma's cake), rich chocolate sponge and choc filling, yum! Very good value for money too and even at the weekend when it goes up a little bit, definitely one to try if you like Spanish food.

If you’re alone want a cortado, vino blanco y tostado after walking your dog ... perfect spot! Outdoor space is in the shade. Menú del día is soooo simple and excellent value for money.... what’s not to like? I love their white wine ... it’s always slightly cloudy and it’s delicious! If you don’t hablo Espaniol .... just take your time .... the staff are VERY friendly and when they are really busy .... and you’re standing looking lost ... ofcourse they won’t wait forever! But they will always get to you!! Not open in the evenings. Enjoy!!

In contrast to the other reviewer on Trip Advisor we have visited Los Candiles on several occasions with Family and friends for Menu Del Dia and have always been satisfied with the service and quality after all its only €7.50 . It is very spanish but we are in Spain . With our limited Spanish and the staffs English we coped very well . Will visit again.

Dismal, uninterested, probably on the brink of closing, no food available at time of visit except for a bag of crisps , not a place that I would ever bother to visit again.
