I fall in love with this restaurant more more each time I'm here. I want to say the restaurant has new owners. That is just my thought, I could be wrong. The menu slightly changed the taste in food is beyond good. It is YUMMILICIOUS!! Today my husband I stopped here around 330PM, was not crowded but soon got busy after we ordered. We ordered Nachos Rancheros Chicken Chimichanga. Nachos Rancheros it was a very generous plate of nachos. I don't think I could have finished it by myself. I had to park more than a block away in the rain because they don’t have parking and left my purse in the car and just grabbed my card … when I went in I planned on getting just 2 tamalas and tres leches but the tres leches looked like cake with icing so I decided against that… I ordered just 2 tamales and there is a 10 card minimum so I told her she could charge me a couple extra bucks for that feee I would rather pay that then walk in the rain. But she didn’t understand what I meant so I left. I was just there a few minutes ago, and as a pregnant woman, I was really craving a "torta" (sandwich). While I was placing my order with the waitress, I asked if the sauce was spicy, and she assured me it wasn’t. For those who may not know, many pregnant women can’t handle spicy foods. When my torta arrived, the sauce turned out to be spicy, and I couldn’t eat it at all. I went to the front desk to explain the situation, and the staff simply said, "I don't know what to say." I barely ate 2% of my meal, yet they still charged me as if I had eaten everything. I feel really disappointed about this, especially since I paid $13 and didn’t enjoy my meal at all. The food here is outstanding. Everything is made fresh to order and served right away. If you’re after elegant decor, this isn’t the place for you, but if you want incredible food, you’ve come to the right spot. Our orders came with an impressive amount of food. I would absolutely recommend stopping here, even if it’s a bit out of your way. We were just passing through the area and saw the reviews, and we were not disappointed. So legit! Food was great and the service was friendly and efficient. We were in a bit of a rush, so we all ordered tacos: carne asada, pollo asado, and tinga. All were delicious, and the portions are generous. Two tacos were perfect for the kids. Clearly, the primary language for the staff is Spanish. I don't know if that is why some reviewers knocked the service. We received great service, though.

Pretty much as authentic as it gets in America for Mexican food. Don’t expect any semblance of warmth or genuine interest from the waitstaff, as they’re there to take your order and bring you your food while being on a phone call on their EarPods throughout the entirety of your dining experience. I took no offense, as I was there to eat and not make friends.

The food here is fantastic! The homemade tortillas paired with the Mexican dishes were unlike anything I’ve had before. All four of us loved our meals. The flavors were gourmet, and the presentation of the plates was a delightful surprise. Make sure to arrive with a hearty appetite! The friendly staff has limited English skills, but they are very welcoming.

I ordered two sets of nachos to give them a try: chicken and steak. The chili sauce and chipotle sauce were both delicious, offering a nice kick of heat. Delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine! The owners are welcoming, and while the restaurant is small, it has a warm and inviting atmosphere. This has become my new favorite place to eat. Highly recommend! Food: 5/5

The food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. It’s a convenient place for a quick takeout. However, parking could be a challenge in the area. There’s a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Rating: 4/5.
