First time ever having Pupusas! I ordered a Chicken Cheese with Corn flour and a Shrimp Cheese with Rice flour. The Chicken Cheese pupusa was fire! Amazing, I would visit again just for that. Because it was my first time I didn't know exactly what to order but now I'd recommend sticking with the traditional corn flour. I don't think there was anything wrong with the rice flour. I'm sure it was cooked correctly, there was nothing wrong with the craft. I just think that the flavor was off since it wasn't corn. I also want to note that I appreciate the intimacy of this establishment. It's not flashy and its atmosphere is a family feel. There was this old man who came in to deliver a box of supp...

If you’re looking for great pupusas or Salvadoran food look no further, los molcajetes is where it’s at. Food is delicious from the pupusas to the aguas. Always consistent hot food, service is excellent they go above and beyond to every customer. The Music they play makes the mood better and you can also sit inside if you don’t want to take it to go. My go to plate is the típico which consists of 2 pupusas, yuca y chicharrón and a plátano frito with beans and crema. Definitely hits the spot. Horchata salvadoreña is the best I’ve had from anywhere I’ve gone. Prices are very reasonable. Wait is not too bad since they make everything from scratch but if you don’t want to wait I suggest calling...

The pupusas were terrible - not properly filled and burned. They were nothing like the ones at Los Molcajetes in East L.A. Normally, the cheese around the pupusa should be slightly melted, but these were literally burned. They took a long time to prepare, with a 1 1/2 hour wait. I also ordered pastelitos with beef and another order with cheese, both of which were also burned. The beans were overcooked and not simmered properly. Overall, it was a total disappointment and I returned them when I lived nearby. The bill came out to $65. I will never return here. I grew up on authentic Salvadoran cuisine and this was a far cry from it.

My fiancé took us to this place and let me tell you it's not worth the hype. We waited 20 minutes to get burnt enpanadas. And another 25 minutes just to get 4 pupusas. There was people after us who got their food in the first 10mins and we waited 45 mins to get ours. Not once did they come and say something before or after we received our food. They were only friendly and nice when we we're ordering but once we paid they didn't care about the customer. Will not be back. Reserva una mesa ahora

The pupusas and aguas at this restaurant are amazing, but the service is incredibly poor. The staff is rude and it takes over 45 minutes to receive your order. It would be a great dining experience if it weren't for the disrespectful employees. The food is still delicious though.

It's been a couple years since I last visited. Just I remembered the food quality is 5*. I ordered Plato Pupusas which has 2 Pupusas, Plantanos Frieto and a side of balck beans. I also ordered Enselada (Fruit Drink). All was heavenly. Pura Vida!!!

The pupusas at this restaurant are really tasty and a good size. The service is friendly and very good as well. You can feed five people for less than $40. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Reserva una mesa ahora

The popusas here are great. I got 3. Shrimp, steak, and original. They were all great. I'll come back for sure. They are pretty big. 2 would've been fine, but they were really good so I ate 3.
