When I arrived, I asked my friend what was happening. She explained that she was trying to pay but the cashier wouldn’t process her payment, even though a man who came in just after her was able to place an order and pay without any issues. I approached the hostess to explain the situation, and she informed me that she was just the hostess. I asked her to find someone who could help with our simple order. She went away and returned, saying it would only take a second. I insisted on speaking with a manager since we had already waited over 20 minutes. This is a lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was outstanding, and the menu offered a wide range of dishes to choose from. We visited during a very busy dinner service, so the wait for our meals was a bit slower than usual, but given the crowd, that was completely understandable. The staff, however, was very friendly, and overall, I have no complaints. I definitely recommend this place!
We were just passing through on our way to Nashville and stopped by for a quick lunch. The food got to us super fast during what I assume was the lunch rush and the entire staff was warm and inviting! There was a sweet waitress lady who came over and chatted with us for a moment. Little things like that keep businesses thriving and we appreciated the hospitality ?
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was incredible, and the atmosphere was perfect. The service was exceptional, with our server being very attentive. I highly recommend this place. Additionally, since we were in Tuscaloosa for the football game, it was quite busy, but they handled it all seamlessly.
