First time ordering here. I took a chance and absolutely regret it. My order arrived incomplete. When I called to notify the restaurant, the guy who answered the phone took zero accountability and instead blamed it on the UBER driver. He said the UBER DRIVER probably went into my bag and grabbed my side of beans, for which i paid almost $6 for! Sure, that 's a possibility but his tone was completely off. He had a horrible attitude. Mind you, even though I was irritated I never once raised my voice nor used profanity. I kept calm but I did express my discontent and let him know that I would be disputing my order thru UBER EATS. He said Go ahead, byyyyeeee . And hung up on me. I was so upset,...

I LOVE the Long Beach Location! Its always fresh ! But i was driving by this location in compton, and to start off the lady charging has the worst attitude! She shouldnt be in a position where customer service is a MUST!Then i drive home and to notice the chicken its RE HEATED! It was NASTY! So i called to tell them not to be giving people chicken this way because its nasty ! And i told her i didnt call to ask for my money back or for food. I called to tell them so no one else has to eat this re heated/microwave chicken and she said ok and hung up on me! With not ONE apology. The worst place! Want to have real juicy chicken ? Go to the Long Beach Location!

The chicken was quite disappointing. It seemed like it had been reheated multiple times, resulting in it being dry and lacking flavor. The drumsticks were small as well. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I won’t be ordering again.

First day I bought the way the owner was very despotic and for the second the chicken was bad, it has no flavor, it is very dry, the sauces have a bad taste and the rice is very bad. I will not buy there again.

The chicken here is excellent, although a bit on the pricey side. Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is very welcoming for families. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, the restaurant is easily accessible.

There chicken is seasoned well. Love the sides also. I drive from another city to get there food. You should try them out.
