Este amistoso bar auténtico nos sirvió algunas de las mejores raciones que hemos tenido en mucho tiempo y vivimos en España! Teníamos platos para compartir de calamari frito, sardinas, boquerones, berenjenas (rebanadas de berenjena, fritas y goteadas con miel) y ajo blanco (sopa de almendra y ajo). Ahora, esta no es una barra flash y la terraza tiene vistas a un aparcamiento y no al Mediterráneo, pero el propietario amistoso y la gran comida hecha para una experiencia hermosa oh y es muy barato también. Es un deber hacer en Nerja!
We were staying opposite this place, after a days sun we were reading a guide book we purchased and noticed that this bar/restaurant had a good write up. We are always keen to support local eateries so we decided to give los trillzos a try and we went disappointed, it appears this is more of a locals bar but please do not be put off !! We ordered meatballs, croquettes and fried mixed fish, the latter was the highlight. Waiter was v friendly and a nice change from typically tourist joints !!
Acabo de disfrutar de un almuerzo estupendo, menú del día por 8.50€ que incluye 3 platos y una bebida. Comida fantástica, con una selección de 5 o 6 entrantes, platos principales y postres. Todo casero y delicioso. A simple vista no parece gran cosa desde la carretera, he pasado por aquí muchas veces en vacaciones y no había entrado, pero me alegro de haberlo hecho. Encantadora terraza cubierta en la parte trasera con vistas al mar. Personal amable. ¡Definitivamente volveremos!

I came here two days to have lunch with my boyfriend and we really enjoy our menus. We had paella as a first course and boquerones (fried whitebait) and a delicious flan and some fruit as dessert. Good and quick and relax service and just for 8.50 each with a beer and water... Second day we had gazpacho, rosada and croquetas and everything was homemade and delicious!!! Highly recommend it !!!
Excelente comida y excelente valor. Pedí el menú del día. Tenía una gran variedad con tres platos. Nos sentamos en una terraza cubierta detrás del bar. El lugar está muy sencillo, pero el personal fue muy amable y acogedor. ¡Una gran sorpresa!
Tuvimos un almuerzo encantador aquí en un área de comedor muy agradable. La comida fue deliciosa y el personal fue muy servicial. Excelente relación calidad-precio por €8.50, incluyendo una copa de vino tinto muy agradable.

A restaurant where locals eat is always a good sign ! Therefore it was nice to be proven correct. The fresh fish was superb and our meal most enjoyable.
We have visited this family owned restaurant/cafe over the years. It is good plain Spanish cooking and reasonably priced.
