Hasan was an exceptionally friendly and attentive waiter. He greeted us warmly, was always present without being intrusive, and immediately addressed all our requests. His professional demeanor and positive attitude made our visit particularly pleasant. It's clear that he truly cares about providing excellent service. We ate at L'Osteria during the pre-Christmas period. The food was delicious, and despite the high volume of customers, Sarah took excellent care of us. She was very attentive and accommodating. We'd love to come back again :
