As soon as you walk through the door you feel like you're with friends. No stiff greeting, no empty phrases just genuine warmth that is immediately appreciated. You almost forget that you are in a Losteria branch, there is so much attention, passion and personality in each of the employees. The team really lives hospitality honest, warm and with an energy that is really contagious. Plus the fantastic food that not only fills you up, but makes you happy. Everything fresh, everything made with love – exactly how you want it. I never thought a L’Osteria could feel like this. But once again it shows: It's the people who make a place special. And here you are not just served here you are welcomed...
Über die Website bestellt, dann geht man hin und will nach 20 Minuten seine zwei Pizzen abholen und die Bestellung wird nicht gefunden. Online ging nur Paypal Zahlung das konnten sie auch nicht finden. Nochmal warten da sie die Bestellung erst machen müssen?! Über 1 Stunde später Wartezeit für zwei Pizzen…??? Euer Ernst?? Nix auf Haus oder als Entschuldigung.. Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus!!
I love the pizza in the L’Osteria. The salad was also really great (the orange ginger dressing is above; and compared to the location in Rath, the service was better by lengths though it went more than in Rath. The waiter was super attentive, were regularly asked if everything is good. He offered me a blanket when we sat outside. Very attentive.
We passed here by accident. Delicious food, the pizzas are so big that they don't fit on your plate. Sharing a pizza between the two of you is also an option, even two different flavors. We could see into the kitchen from our tables. What we saw was hygienic and professional. Recommended!

It was a nice evening!! The whole food has cost excellent, but I would like to notice here is the great staff we were on last Sunday before the new lockdown came and the staff was more than courteous, more so!!!!
Super fast service, friendly and attentive staff, and a pleasant and inviting atmosphere, although the noise level increases as the number of guests increases. All in all, highly recommended.
Everything was very tasty, special requests were easily possible, the staff was super nice.
