Loved this spot!! Their breakfast sandwich lattes were perfect. The latte was definitely the best in that area (in my opinion). The staff was so friendly (seemed family owned ran). They were so nice to me and my toddler. In my way out, they went out of their way to hold the door, each time (I was carrying breakfast, diaper bag, and pushing a stroller). They had orders and customers, yet they stopped and held the door out of pure kindness. I know that is considered common courtesy, but it's rare, so I have to mention it.

Guys I come here most mornings and Lot 38 has the best Chai Lattes around. The staff is friendly prices are fair for a coffee shop in Navy Yard. I have recommended all of my coworkers here and they all love it as well. Great way to start the morning Food: 5/5

The cinnamon coffee cake was a bomb! Taste so good and very reasonable price for the huge size. Coffee latte was ok.Food: 5/5
