I placed my order to eat at the restaurant, but unfortunately, my food never arrived at the table. Instead, it seems they treated my order like a pickup and placed it in a bag without any notification that it was ready. I waited for about 30 minutes, so by the time I got my food, it was cold. Additionally, the staff showed no recognition of the issues, which was disappointing. I recommend just ordering at the counter and avoiding the QR codes at the tables. The food was decent, but the experience left a lot to be desired.

I received a message unexpectedly at my door. I reached out to the restaurant, Lotus and Cleaver, to let them know about a mix-up with my order. They informed me that I could get the meal as planned. The bowl of heritage pork char siu was absolutely delicious. The meat was well-marinated, and it paired perfectly with the bok choy and mushrooms, which were full of flavor. Overall, I'm a big fan!

The food here puts a modern twist on traditional Cantonese cuisine. While some ingredients and preparation methods differ from the authentic style, the flavors still capture its essence. I also appreciate that the dishes aren't overly salty. I ordered the Chrysanthemum honey tea, which has a pleasantly mild sweetness.

I always order the salmon dish, even though it takes a bit longer to prepare. It's seasoned and cooked to perfection. I also love their noodles and vegetarian side options!
