The staff at Lotus Xpress are the friendliest I’ve ever met, and the food was fantastic. I had the Mongolian beef lunch special, and the beef was tender and packed with flavor. The fried rice had a great smoky taste from being cooked in a wok. I also ordered an Alaska roll and was pleasantly surprised to receive two complimentary salmon nigiri. If you’re in Somerville and craving Asian cuisine, this place is a must-try!
This place is okay. The staff is friendly, and there is not much of a waiting time involved; but the food itself is not very impressive. I have tried about three dishes here so far mala spicy vegetables with fried tofu, vegetarian delight and General Gao's chicken. The veggie dishes were not as flavorful, but the spring rolls are pretty good. Overall, a mediocre place to get a lunch combo under $10.

Good food, steaming hot and nice staff. Ate in the car (traveling) and they were unloading boxes of very high quality chicken at the back. Highly recommend
The best Asian food in town. Love the food and service. Every dish is amazing. I love the Mala chicken , Mongolian beef, all their sushi choices.
