Looks like we are done with Lou Malnati’s. Second order in a row, first from Oakbrook Terrace and now from Elmhurst that was placed directly on the Lou’s website but was delivered by doordash.Tracking showed the order picked up then food took a 40 minute trip with the driver into Bensenville then back to Elmhurst then here to Villa Park. We are less than 10 minutes from the Elmhurst location. Delivery was done by a person in a uhaul van. Pizza was not in a warmer.$50 for a cold pizza.For the price Lou’s charges they can afford to pay their own drivers. Ridiculous.

Love the pizza but some ridiculous policies: whether you get a topping on only half of the pizza it’s the same as if you got it on the whole pizza. And the price of a veggie or spice topping like garlic or basil is the as adding sausage or pepperoni. Just generally overpriced.They don’t seem to take orders by phone anymore and I had to pay by credit card.

Had some minor issue on Valentine’s Day but nothing major. The manager made it right and stood by their reputation! Great job and thank you for making our Valentines great.Problem solved super grateful my valentine was thrilled!Doggo loves the crust!

We have been to Lou Malnatis multiple times and time after time they provide a fantastic meal! I love their pizza and have never had a bad one there. I highly recommend getting your next pizza there! Reserva una mesa ahora

I have lots of pizzas from lou. almost always great pizza but once in a because they miss the brand from any reason or they would get 5 stars. when you come.
