The third-party driver wasn’t at fault; the restaurant gave him the wrong order. If he received incorrect pizzas from them, that reflects poor service on the restaurant’s part. Despite having labeled the boxes, we still received the wrong items. We spent $75 on pizza only to end up with the wrong order.
The manager, Enrique, was rude and failed to provide us with a replacement pizza in a timely manner. While he did refund our money, that didn’t help as I was left with a house full of hungry people. Additionally, the pizza we did get was overcooked and burnt. The customer service was terrible.

Order a pizza and was 2+ hours for a delivery a few miles away. Time kept increasing as well. Call to question and was told they are severely understaffed. They even had to outsource the delivery to DoorDash. Sad. Nobody really cared. If I were to run my business in this fashion, I would be out of business! Don’t waste your time, move on.
