Lou Malnati's Pizzeria Carry Out

First time customer. Got the classic sausage deep dish. Didn 't live up to expectations AT ALL. The sauce wasn 't that good. The sausage was incredibly boring. The crust was just ok. As a whole, the word lackluster comes to mind. Maybe it 's just this location, but if they 're all like this... Overrated. For sure. Also, I did curbside pickup. I sat a half hour longer than I needed to because I apparently didn 't pull up to the right spot. The website didn 't specify. Theiremail/order confirmation didn 't specify. And no signs posted outside. An employee eventually came and asked if I was there to pickup. It was only then that I was informed that I should have parked over there instead. So waiting waitingwaiting for no reason. Not impressed with them at all.

I have eaten here before but will not return. I have recently delivered twins and was pumping milk on the hot July 4th when I realized I was out of ice to keep milk cold. My husband went inside to ask for just a little ice. The employee said sure and was on her way to get it when the manager said unfortunately we don’t have any. The employee knew there was ice available and was willing to help. This situation does not sit well with me and I will not return. A little bit of kindness DOES go a long way. I will tell everyone I know not to come here due to this event

Crust tasted just like Little Caesar's crappy crust, they lie when saying buttery crust. I'd rather have Little Caesar's because at least I'd expect a crappy pizza.

A delicious pizza in the highland shop has taken it all the way to Valparaiso. It was still delicious! Even cold it is so much better than any local deep plate.

It's just a pick-up spot but it's super efficient. The take and bake pizzas are pretty decent as well.
