Was passing through Sturgis during the off season and stopped in here for lunch. The place was not busy. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and told to sit wherever we liked. Our waitress was quick to take our drink and lunch orders and was very nice. Not being from the area, I was told that the steak tips are a regional favorite in these parts so I was willing to try. They were indeed very good although I really cant compare them to anything since I never had them.My wife had a crispy chicken wrap which was also very good.
During low season Sturgis stayed here for lunch. The place wasn't busy. We were greeted as soon as we came in and said we should sit where we liked each other. Good food, if not a little expensive. I got the legendary steak tips and smash browns; the steak tips were average to good but not legendary; the smash browns were phenomenal, definitely get those. The service was friendly and pretty fast, but we were there on a weekday night during the offseason, so that's probably to be expected. Overall, it was a solid choice but nothing spectacular.
