Loved this place! My only complaint is right off that when we were seated the hostess just kind of plopped us down and walked away. She didn't give us menus or tell us there was a little sticker on the table for us to scan. She barely made eye contact. Maybe we should already know about the menu situation....but we didn't. We just sat there. I did see paper menus at the nearest server kiosk so I know menus were there! It took the waitress awhile to get to us, which was absolutely understandable as it was busy and she was doing her best. But we could've been looking at a menu. The hostesses really need to do more to be warm, welcoming, and helpful. Other than that our experience was amazing!...

We had a nice experience overall. We were promptly seated in a corner, which was ideal for maintaining social distance. However, I observed that many guests, including some bartenders, weren't wearing their masks properly or at all. The restaurant was quite busy, so there was a bit of a wait for our food and drinks. It seems the menu has been revamped; the calamari was incredibly spicy and overloaded with peppers rather than featuring the calamari itself. The chicken wings were acceptable, but they tasted more like they had been frozen and reheated rather than freshly made. On a positive note, the tacos were excellent and very fresh! We had a good time. We sat quickly in the corner, which was great for social confrontation. Many people, including the bartenders, didn't have their masks on or they weren't raised properly. They were super busy so they needed something for our food and drinks. You seem to have changed the menu. The Calamari was super sharp with more paprika than Calamari, the chicken wings were good, but seemed frozen and only heated, not fresh. The Tacos were amazing and fresh! For the Entrees everything seemed to have Quinoa in him, so that was a shutdown so that we just ordered appetite suppressants. Overall, it had a good mood. Would definitely go back and like to sit outside.

My husband and I frequently visit for happy hour, and we always enjoy our time there with the delicious food and drinks. The restaurant is consistently tidy, and the staff is very welcoming. Tonight, our server Clayton truly stood out; he was knowledgeable about the new drinks and menu options. His friendly demeanor and professionalism made our experience even better. We will certainly request to be seated in his section on our next visit. Additionally, I appreciated the manager stopping by our table to ensure everything was going well.

Bar Louie is a good place to hang out. Our waitress was excellent and our food came out hot and fast. The prices are pretty reasonable. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of a sanitary issue. At the bar, after drinks were being made and sent out, I watched a waiter walk around the restaurant and then walk over to the bar and start putting pineapples on sticks and in the drinks without washing his hands or wearing gloves. It wasn't just this one waiter either, it was multiple so that's a little frightening.

I visited this restaurant on October 2, 2022, at 11:30 AM. As mentioned in other reviews, the service was quite slow, even though there weren’t many customers. It took more than an hour for our two orders of fries to arrive, and our mimosas took about 20 to 30 minutes to be served. On a brighter note, some of the food was really tasty! However, I was disappointed that the beef sliders were served without cheese and instead had lettuce added. Also, both the spinach dip and the queso trio lacked flavor.

Sometimes you need a delicious **** Mary or a dirty martini after a shopping spree! Clayton, the bartender was an absolute gem!!! The cocktails he made us were on point and the service was extraordinary!! Also, if you need an app recommendation- the spinach and artichoke dip was delicious as well as the fried pickles! Out celebrating a special friend's 46th birthday. I loved the atmosphere. The games were on the bar and we grabbed a table in the corner. The late night menu was simple so I ordered the chicken nachos and a cranberry Vodka. The food came quick and the drink was just right. I felt a buzz immediately.

I was quite let down by the Buffalo Wings at this restaurant. I would give the food quality a low 2 out of 10, the service a 5 out of 10, and the atmosphere a disappointing 2 out of 10 as well.
