I have visited 100 restaurants in W.N.Y and I don't know how, but I have never visited this location and now I regret it absolutely . from the moment we went in me, I had a very happy feeling. I went to this restaurant with my partner, who had already left a review before me. He had raved about it all night, so I agreed to go with him the next day (he had gone on Friday and it was now Saturday). It was my first time at the restaurant and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff. It was a great feeling to see everyone smiling. Debbie and her sister have such kind souls that I felt like a better person after meeting them. Their food is to die for. I never expected to give such a low rating here, but I attribute it to the new owner. We witnessed an employee eating while preparing food! Our order was incorrect. I don't like that you can't place your order until you reach the register, but I appreciated that they started preparing our order right away when we walked in. Some of the employees were rude. The food quality has declined. Unfortunately, I have to end my tradition of eating here. Overall, the service was a 2, the atmosphere was a 2, and the food was a 1. The price per person for lunch is $10-20.

Louie's is the best! I love dining at Louie's - the food is always excellent. I especially enjoy their freshly cut fries and wood charcoal broiled hot dogs and burgers. I recently tried one of their veggie burgers and it was fantastic. Everything I have ever tried at Louie's has been great, and I have been coming here for 30 years. Keep up the good work!
