I accidentally walked over here. Looks like a trendy espresso bar with Specialty Coffee. I ordered an espresso for 2.30 a.m. and sat with a view of the Barista activities. For milk variants they use a bio. But it is poured into a large jug and left to foam as long as you hear the milk burn. Why is there no trained barista?? You can't sell that. My espresso was made of a dark roasted mixture with Robusta. My coffee was burned and overextracted. I couldn't drink it... The person who put the espresso on my table said nothing and didn't look at me. Also wrong. The appearance of the shop is good and has potential. But please bring at least the basic knowledge of a barista. At the checkout the lad...

Spontan, auf einen Kaffee, reingestolpert. Toller Kaffe, netter Service und gemütliches Ambiente. Toll ist auch der Außenbeteich mit beheizten Bänken. Sehr zu empfehlen. It's a shame that Sunday's café will open at noon. So it is not possible to buy a to-go drink during a morning walk through the city or to enjoy Sunday in the café or outdoor area. The cake is delicious, the staff very friendly and the coffee is also very good.

Very recommended. I've been a client for over half a year and visit the coffee bar several times a week, so it's up to now 3 times that the coffee was too hot and sometimes too cold, otherwise it was very delicious.

Great café in the heart of Soest. A little off the big cafes, but for that very nice. Always pray service, great drinks....!
