I can't say enough about this hidden jewel! Clamped into a corner of the Baybrook Shopping Plaza, it is easy to overlook unless you catch the food truck parked outside. Once inside, I was greeted by the gracious owner Louise himself. I was immediately conjured by the immity of the shop. I talked to her about what I was in there for the Italian pastry. She pointed out gluten-free options for me that were the almond cookies and how they could also make gluten-free options for me with the Cannoli filling. YUM!!! I lived a good part of my life in West Haven.. 30 plus yrs ago..We used to have a bakery called Romano's in Milford.. Well I spoke with Louise WONDERFUL Lady! She made My Valentine's Day gifts with that Italian LOVE My Nona did.. I can't thank y'all enough . Florida is nice but the food will never compare to HOME ?. As a Canadian, I have no words to describe the heaven that is the tender work of Mr. Mike Martone and his family recipes. One bite out of his tiramisu and you can tell he respects his mother's legacy and puts so much love into his baking. A true chef with so many great stories and talents, please give Mike a visit if you want to indulge in some of the finest desserts and sandwiches you will ever taste. You will not be disappointed.

My girlfriend and I popped in so I could get a slice of pizza, as I didn't realize they were a bakery, not a pizzeria. The owners were kind enough to direct us to a nearby pizzeria. Great food and such friendly, accommodating staff! Wonderful variety! They carry Boar's Head sliced meat for their sandwiches, which is such a bonus! The fried dough was large and delicious! The rolls that the sandwiches were on were fresh and so good! Recommend!

absolutely the best service of all time! louise personally made fresh sawnepuffs, eclairs a zeppole for me while I waited when she sold out what was in the cases! wonderful service, friendly and friendly!

There Fried Dough is delicious and they give you Speedy Service. They don't sell pizza, but yet their atmosphere is beautiful and ready. I have Louise's homemade food and bakery more than 30 years old.
