also I haven't had the best experiences here lately. But I like to pay for them if they are fresh. on the map there is nothing about the fact that saturation supplements are included, but the pure steak prices. but to my criticism. a few months ago we were still totally thrilled: the steaks came in the state where they were ordered to the table and hot. the flesh was extremely delicate and could be cut wonderfully. also the supplements were very tasty and made a good impression. satt and with ball bells we liked to pay the bill and looked forward to a digestion walk. a couple of weeks later, it swept us back into louisiana and what we experienced was the complete opposite: the meat was cooke...
we were to brunch in lousiana, our waitress was a very friendly dame around the 50th all younger services were very disinterested and were deplacated. the ambiente is exaggerated southern states, but surely it is expected by the metese customers. I can, as I said, only evaluate the brunch buffet, which leaves much to be desired. the rolls were so hard that you had to cut them. hot dips were rather lukewarm and the quality of the products were partly creepy. the whole buffet seemed quite sweet. you should consider raising the price (I think about the 14€/person) by 2€ to increase the quality. I would visit the local eternal again to try a la carte. everyone deserves a second chance.
Sehr freundliches Personal, engagiert, aufmerksam und immer am Ball. Leckere Südstaatenküche egal ob Steak, Beilagen wie Pernod Spinat und Kreolische Kartoffeln, Jambalya oder Burger alles liebevoll arrangiert, üppig und schmackhaft gewürzt. Auch unsere 4 verschiedenen Desserts waren eine Sünde wert. Wenn wieder Erfurt, dann wieder Louisiana.
Jeder Besuch ist mindestens so gut wie die letzte. Früher waren wir immer als Paar im Louisiana, jetzt als Familie und beides funktioniert super. Die Kinder werden genauso gut behandelt wie die Erwachsenen. Alle MitarbeiterInnen sind so nett und liebevoll, die Steaks sind perfekt und die Wein extrem gut. Ich kann nur wärmstens empfehlen.

we were back to the restaurant after a long time. Unfortunately, it's been pretty good when it comes to eating. the prices ... well steak is now expensive... but you can't put yourself together then it gets really expensive. the service was so good. the ambiente was very beautiful!
Hervorragendes Steakhouse. Das Essen war großartig und der Service wirklich sehr gut. Das Würzfleisch war hausgemacht und das Steak war auf den Punkt, wie ich es wollte. Das Personal war superfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist mehr als angemessen.
in the park louisiana there is a good service tasty eating and a great selection of various dishes! you can sit in the restaurant as well as in beautiful weather on the terrace! toilets are always clean as the rooms. prices are in order . very nice there, really recommended!
