I really enjoy this place, but I have to say that the customer service has been quite disappointing recently. The staff has been rude, they've closed earlier than their posted hours, and they keep changing the rules. For example, during my last visit, I was informed that I couldn't add two toppings to my ice cream, even though I've been doing that for years. I even offered to pay extra for the additional topping, but they flatly refused and said it wasn't possible. They also told me they couldn't add strawberry puree to my cup, so I requested it on the side, and they reluctantly provided it in a small cup. It's all quite confusing. I ordered the Butter Coffee, which was delicious and the reason I’m giving this a 3-star review. However, the person at the counter was rather rude during my order. When I politely inquired about the Greek coffee and whether it contained milk, her response was dismissive and unwelcoming. I then asked if I could get a large, and she told me, "No, it only comes in single or double," even though the menu clearly states small and large! I regularly dine at the Greek restaurant next door with my family and we absolutely love their food and friendly service. I've been to this restaurant about three times with my husband, who hails from Greece and moved here a few years ago. We found this gem a few months back and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. I’ve tried the fredo espresso, loukoumades, and bougatsa, and I have to say, the food and drinks are outstanding. The service can be a bit slow at times, so I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're in a rush. I ordered the bougatsa first thing in the morning, and it was absolutely delicious. The loukoumades are made fresh to order, so just be patient. Overall, I would definitely come back when I'm in the area.

I visit this restaurant from time to time when I need to grab dessert for a special occasion, and my experiences have been generally good. However, the customer service could definitely be better; I waited 20 minutes to get my order of 24 loukoumades. Furthermore, they were a bit stingy with the icing sugar. During my first taste of loukoumades, Zoya was extremely helpful in recommending which flavors to sample. I ended up trying several, and I enjoyed every single one of them! The condensed milk and Oreo/birthday cake flavors were particularly fantastic. The customer service was exceptional; Zoya really went above and beyond to make my experience with this new treat delightful.

The best freddo espresso in the Toronto area, along with the most delicious loukoumades I've ever had—better than even yiayia's homemade ones! The ambiance is enhanced by pleasant Greek music, and the service is great. The only downside is the cleanliness; it could use some improvement, especially in the restrooms and at the tables.

There might be a bit of a wait, but it's absolutely worth it. The coffee has a strong bitter flavor (which would likely appeal to coffee lovers), and the desserts and iced teas are incredible! My second visit was just as enjoyable, with outstanding service. The staff is incredibly friendly. I truly appreciate their food!

This restaurant is amazing! The loukoumades are the best—fresh, delicious, and drizzled with honey; they are simply fantastic! However, on my last two visits, they were out of Greek coffee. I would truly appreciate being able to enjoy my coffee with my loukoumades!

The donuts here are fantastic, but the service at the Rutherford location leaves much to be desired. The staff members who assisted us were quite unfriendly. When I asked for an extra box to separate the donuts, they acted as though it was a significant problem.
