well made brasserie 31 I am very impressed by the service with eating and overall with experience. Sunday afternoon was delicious all freshly prepared with high standards presentation and taste for the starter I recommend pork and duck pate, I had lachs looks lush, but I didn't like it and it was a small part, but everyone likes different things.

stay in the hotel skiddaw and ate twice. everything was on a very high standard. service was fantastic without being intrusive.
