It’s always a good start when a restaurant has a separate vegan menu. Thank you Lounges, it’s a small thing and it really helps. Said menu is full of delights such as burgers, sandwiches and wraps. A specials board is usually around too with another option or two for vegans. I’ve had both their burger and BLT sandwich (both served with chips and side salad) and they were nice and filling. The BLT in particular is STACKED (let’s face it, the B is often the weak link in a BLT) with what feels sometimes like a whole pack of Vbites bacon. I did a full check on google after a visit to them this morning. I'm so upset. I ordered a beyond burgerpatty arrive with my vegan breakfast instead of the vegan speck (which I personally consider terrible) in a shortage, I was served a cattle burger. Luckily, I noticed before eating it and asked my man to try it that confirms it. the rest of my breakfast was served over boiled, dry, cold and no veg distributed. I know from others who were served butter, instead of veg in this lounge also spread. I love the lounges, but today was terrible. my choice was not available and they didn't tell us until 20 minutes after our ordering and at that time my breakfast was ready so that we eat separately....
Saturday afternoon. super busy because they were 5 employees down and had a technical difficulty with the refrigerator and the coffee machine before the morning. but wow. service still amazing and each of them smiles and offers excellent customer service! had the vegan breakfast that I had not tried before, I had expected it a little bigger in as far as it drilled over a dessert spoon that were greens and paprika were almost not existent. the taste was beaten but they also had milk, where other lounges do not wear it as standard.
This shopping center is probably one of the most pleasant I have visited. It is light and airy, with plenty of natural light and interesting decorations such as relief panels depicting local scenes on the bricks and wooden walls. One of its best features is that it stretches through the city center, so there are no dead ends. While I only stopped to eat at one of the top chain restaurants, I still found it to be an interesting visit as I didn't venture into any other businesses.

a really nice city center. the street market on Friday is a tasty bite for real food. the shopping center is clean, well illuminated with wheelchair access. the public toilets are spacious, well furnished and very clean. there is a big john lewis and regular other shops that they expect to see. the amount of restaurants inside, more outside. what I liked especially about this center is the size, not too big, just right and easy to navigate.
for a chain these young are great. you know about allergens is great and they can help with the combination of the gf and V menu to find something perfect and safe to eat. it's pretty quiet middle of the week that's great if they don't want, hectic and trubel, but my daughter found that most of their food options weren't available, so I would now check them in what I wanted.
I was in many of the two of this chain and that was the worst. burger was dissapointing for my partner. my meal was cold and butternut quash was raw. I never complained, but I did it with this opportunity, and they said it was right, but would cook more so that it returned after about a minute in the microwave
The restaurant is located in a lovely shopping center that is well-maintained, spacious, and safe. This allows me to feel at ease and alleviates any concerns of antisocial behavior. I am able to leisurely browse through the different shops and take my time exploring.

I had the ‘beyond’ cheese burger here and it was delicious, would absolutely recommend it! For dessert I had a nice dark chocolate and orange torte for free as part of their Monday deal. The service was excellent and the people are very friendly too.
A separate vegan menu with plenty of choice. The food is good, but not outstanding. A good choice when dining with non-vegans.
