We were invited here by friends for a group lunch. The restaurant is set in woodland and surrounded by its putting greens. Unfortunately the day we visited it was raining so putting was not on our agenda. For fine days there is a pleasant terrace. There was a warm and friendly welcome and excellent service. The group were provided with a set menu with a choice of two main courses and a choice of white, rose and red wine. The food was well prepared and presented. The starter of melon and ham was excellent and as with all of the courses the portions were generous. My pork dish was excellent and the vegetable garnishes were perfect.
