I ordered food from Love Balti online and I was informed the food would arrive within 1 hour. I had specifically requested that the food was delivered to the door because I am currently shielding due to Covid-19. I received a call from the driver to say that he was downstairs and I needed to go and collect the food. I politely asked the driver if he could bring the order to the door as I am in a flat and unable to go out at the moment. Ordered online, when completed said it was going to be 1HR 20. Called to cancel due to this. They were aware of this and had a attitude straight away. Didn’t receive a confirmation saying this was cancelled and were getting our money back so called to double check this. The guy on the other end of the phone was swearing and yelling, saying he wasn’t going to give the money back till a few days because he “had better things to do”. I’ve lived in Manchester for 5 years now and always found Indian take aways to be hit and miss (mostly miss! After discovering Love Balti during the Tier 3 lockdown however it’s now my absolute go to Indian restaurant and I wouldn’t order from anywhere else. They have a decent sized menu with loads of options all our orders have tasted fresh and tasty, as well as been hot on arrival which is a bonus. I don’t usually order meat from take aways after having some bad experiences but I’ve tried the lamb passanda and chicken tikka jalfrezi from Love Balti and enjoyed both! Delivery times can be long but it really is worth the wait!

This is very close to our house so we always have our takeaways from here and have never had any problems. The food is very reasonably priced for the area and great offers on meal deals, and sides with your curries. The food is always delivered on time and piping hot, the last time we was missing a Pilau Rice, we called back and a new one was delivered within 10 minutes so cannot fault. The curries are always very tasty and as described on the menu, a great choice of vegetarian options too. I would highly recommend I Love Balti! Reserva una mesa ahora

I have ordered from this takeaway due to the guy ensuring me he runs a nice takeaway since he was a customer in Argos. Well I can honestly say he means his word. Not only was it on time, but the polite gentleman on the phone who assured me it was on its way and would arrived hot kept his word. Best chicken tikka masala I have ever tasted. Will be my no1 takeaway from now on.

Absolutely amazing food,the quality, service and drivers. We ordered Seekh kebab, mushroom and chickpea chilli masala, paneer matar, suicide chicken curry, rice, garlic nan and chips. It was the best curry in Manchester. It was amazing and I wouldn’t listen to the negative comments as it was perfect. We will be ordering again so thank you.

After waiting well over an hour for the food. I can honestly say it is the worst takeaway food I have ever tasted. When my daughter rang to discuss our disappointment they were verbally abusive and very aggressive. They were shouting so loudly that we call all here it in the room. Disgusting behaviour, disgusting food.

I’m not usually a massive fan of Indian takeaways but Love Balti is like no other! The curry’s are amazing, the meat is such good quality and the chips are unreal! I can’t wait to order my next one. I will be recommending this place to everyone Thank you Reserva una mesa ahora

Never will I order through Justeat nor from this takeaway. Always been great until now. I placed the order at 8.30 rang up to chase the order was told it was on the way and it arrived at 10.30. Joke!!!!! Ok

The place is by far the best takeaway in Greater Manchester, the food is amazing and consistently so Great customer care from the staff too
