I discovered this food truck outside Golden Harvest Farm Market in Valatie, and it was such a delightful surprise! The food is fantastic, and the owner is truly passionate about what they do—what more could you want from a BBQ spot? We sampled all the meats, and they were all incredible. The only thing missing at the time was sliced brisket. Update: They won't be reopening their physical location, so the only place to find this food truck is on weekends next to Golden Harvest Farm in Valatie. I’m happy to report that they now have sliced brisket, and it’s absolutely amazing!

A BBQ treasure about to be lost. Don't let this small storefront fool you because the flavor here is huge. The best BBQ in the Capital region, very reasonably priced. The preparation on the brisket is tops-I love the rub they use. Cornbread is on point, not too dry, nor too sweet. Baked beans, collards are out of this world delish. Friendly staff! BBQ done right. I hear the building is being sold and this treasure will be lost in the next few months. Get there while you can.

I walked in and asked if I could see what the food looks like since they have a steamer right in front. The staff member told me that they don't allow that. It's hard to understand how you can buy food without knowing what it looks like!
