Lovett's Soul Food

We had a great experience at Lovett's BBQ on Friday night at the Alton Expo, where we enjoyed their BBQ pork steaks. We also visited their location at the College in Alton for lunch, trying their Buffalo and Tilapia dishes on Saturday. Everything we tried was excellent, especially the delicious sauce and the tender pork. An added bonus was the friendly and attentive staff, providing great customer service. We highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was amazing! It felt like homemade cooking with a touch of style, featuring BBQ turkey ribs and green beans. It tasted as if I had cooked it myself and the portion sizes were perfect. I will definitely go back and bring my friends. This was a generously sized, gluten-free and healthy meal. Highly recommended!

This restaurant in Alton is hands down the best food spot around. Their fish and chicken dishes are incredibly fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and professional. We have found our new go-to place for dining out. You will not be disappointed!

Fabulous! My husband loves the chicken the catfish is delicious. My son says they have the best fries around. Super friendly service as well.

Best Snoots on Earth! Fried Kool-Aid was good and the catfish was good! We're coming back! They'll let you sample....
