So disappointed in this store. Go in a 8:20 a m No one in the bread dept. One lady said as she put her apron half on we don’t have any fresh donuts or bread. Then moving to the deli for ham the man told me he was new and did not know what Black Forest ham was. ?? Assistant manager almost blew me off, and said look at your receipt and call the manager at noon. POOR Customer service in this store. Great location, but I will shop elsewhere.
I wouldn't recommend the deli party trays. During our long weekend in Oak Island, I ordered one through Lowes Foods To Go, which requires a 24-hour notice. The shopper called me after completing my order to inform me that the deli hadn’t prepared my tray and asked if I still wanted it, adding that I could pick it up later. This was quite unprofessional, and to make matters worse, the tray was missing condiments.
Busy being the day before Thanksgiving...you can tell they weren't set up for this much business...needed more full serve checkout lanes and additional employees at the self check out. Very nice store and they had everything I needed.
There's a bar inside the grocery store!.... And this is a high class grocery store too... Their bakery is out of control amazing! We bought the most delicious double chocolate cake I've ever had for my dad's birthday... Incredible. Reserva una mesa ahora
Typical grocery store experience. There are too many separate sections in the deli, bakery, seafood, and produce areas, which makes it confusing and hard to find what you need.
My favorite store! It's convenient since it's close to my home, and I can usually get in and out quickly. The staff is very friendly too!
Aside from never having enough registers open (not even close) resulting in long waits often, great store
