I was really excited to try the menu in their restaurant. it seemed like a good place to take parents for a family meeting. the food was good and the service was good, but the whole evening meal was ruined by the incredibly loud atmosphere. everyone at the table had to scream to be heard, and my father, who was hard-hearted, was completely cut off from communication. the mood at the table became scary and generally sad to observe that one of us is completely excluded. Everything here was great. the atmosphere, service, eating. we had the luxury to sit outside on the terrace as it was such a beautiful day. the olive oil and the brot is delicious and has a fine touch on balsamico. I ordered the bolognese that I could say the noodles, homemade and not claped together. the taste of the bolognese was delicious. we also have one of their homemade Tiramisu’s on the house because we celebrated a birthday! definitiw will return. remember that they pay a slightly higher price, but it is worth in my eyes.
Amazing experience! Food: Had calamari and a several pasta dishes. All tasty and big portions. Also loved the chocolate mousse. Service: Danijela is extraordinary. She is invested in creating your dining experience memorable, loving and pleasant. She geniunely cares about her guests. Above all she makes sure you belong there as a guest and that you are a part of Luca West family. Truly amazing! Ambience: Ambience is nice. Dimmed lights, art and music. Will come again and enjoy experience. If possible I would request Danijela.
on Saturday night and they seemed to be short staff. our server was lukewarm when cleaning used teller of appetizers, salat, dinner, etc. and he only water glasses after we reported to him and a considerable waiting time. the dinner lasted more than 3 hours. too long. eat delicious. risotto was not creamy and lamb chops to boil over. he charged us for scallop entree when we had the appetizer size and I did not catch it until after the payment was completed. eating was simply amazing! and the Italian white we drank with our meal was phenomenal. it was called gavi. I highly recommend it. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. it was a birthday dinner with the family, and they made sure that we all felt very interested. highly recommended.
