This place used to serve a great slice of pizza in the past. Unfortunately, I've noticed a steady decline in its quality over the years. Before the pandemic, I used to stop by for a slice quite often, maybe once a month. In the last couple of years, I've tried to return, but the regular slice just isn't what it used to be. I'm not sure what has changed—whether it's the staff, the quality of ingredients, or something else entirely. One positive is that they haven't significantly raised their prices like many other places; it's only increased from $3 to $3.25 a slice. I've been coming to this pizzeria for more than 30 years. That's how good they are. The taste of their pizza never changes. I believe they make the best pizza in all of the pizzerias in QUEENS. Alway reminds me of growing in Brooklyn the pizza that we used to get after going to church. Brooklyn used to have good pizzerias back in the old days. When pizza was only 50 cents.

You can’t compare Lucia’s pizza to any other pizzeria it’s truly one of kind location that offers High quality food and service for a reasonable price . Last picture is a comparison between Lucia’s slice and another local pizzeria and I must say Lucia’s slice can’t get beat .

As a native NYer, this spot is favorite so far in NYC and I’ve tried many pizzas. The crust is tasty and soft but thin. The sauce and cheese are perfection and ooey.
