Me and my family ordered food last night and it came to £30.40. Before it had turned up I had a phone call saying they had forgot to take out the veg from the chicken chow mein. Which I specifically asked for as my son and brother have additional needs and hates the veg. Got told I could have £3 off as it was their mistake. When it was delivered it was the same price and there was veg on the chicken chow mein not only that but mine and my sons chilli salt and pepper chicken was not in there instead replaced with chilli salt and pepper chips. Asked for a mild chicken n mushroom curry recieved a spicy as hell without mushroom curry. Asked for crispy chicken salt n pepper recieved soggy chewy none crispy chicken in soft doughy undercooked batter with a slither of chewy chicken inside on a sauce i didnt ask for as old ordered my own. Prawn crackers were just crackers without the prawn. Best thing was the cold prawn toast shame they dont send more slices. Rice and noodles were ok abit cold but edible unlike the rest of the rubbish that got threw in the bin. What a waste of £23 our own fault theres a reason collection takes 10 minutes never again.
We called upon lucky star after we waited 3 hours from another Chinese which never turned up! It was 23:10 and they offered to deliver to us too, which was great as we thought it would be too late. They arrived on time with hot food and it was delicious. The only bug bear was they don’t do crispy seaweed! But other than that; genuinely impressed. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work x
If you don’t mind waiting two and a half hours for your food then this is the place for you. I tried to ring them 55 times to find out if my food was coming but never got through to them. Food eventually turned up but only after I had re-ordered from four seasons which arrived sooner, and was better. I have been told I will receive a refund but only after many emails.

it's time that kidderminster had a Chinese take away that is proud to eat. excellent presentation and flawless eating. a good quality experience all around. the food arrived in solid and sturdy retainers and was very hot. no fat, no gristle, generous portions ans especially very tasty. I understand that lucky star has done a new management for kidderminster well.
I've had it twice since I was in kidderminster. eating arrived torten hot at both places and large portions. the salt n chicken wings are some of the best I had and the prawn toast was so thick and tasted amazing. no need to order from elsewhere while I am here. excellent to take.
Possibly the worst Chinese food I've ever tasted, food was bland,cold and looked like it was cooked last week. Not to mention the delivery was late by 45 min. Won't use again.
every time i’ve had food from here it’s been disgusting. please don’t waste your money buying from lucky star.

Last 2 meals there's been no taste to the curry and chips are like eating rock! Doubt I'll be using again!
