I discovered this restaurant while driving down an unfamiliar road and decided to stop for a drink at the first place I found that was open and serving alcohol. Lucky's ended up being an excellent choice. I enjoyed a perfectly poured pint of Guinness from a friendly bartender named Mav, and I also ordered a sandwich to accompany it. The quality of the food and service was exceptional. The only downside was a woman at the bar who was loudly arguing on her cellphone, which was quite annoying. Nonetheless, the atmosphere remained enjoyable. It was unfortunate that we were the only patrons in the restaurant. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and ambiance a perfect 5 out of 5.
On September 5th, 2023, my 16-year-old son and I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was tasty, the service was warm and welcoming, and the place was clean and inviting. We both enjoyed our meals without a single complaint. I ordered the ribeye accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts, while my son had the French onion soup and the sweet and spicy chicken bowl. We also tried the blueberry sangria, which was excellent. Overall, our lunch experience cost between $30 and $50 per person. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
This is the best restaurant ever. The owner is so attentive to everyone’s needs, the food is incredible and comes out so fast and perfect. Plus the drinks are the best on the south shore.
