Lucky's Hot Chicken

Atmosphere is off the charts here, great decorations, music and design. Staff is extremely friendly and passionate. The store is extremely clean and well maintained.Most importantly the food is fantastic. Chicken fingers are my jam and theirs are superior to almost any I have ever had. Spiced to perfection, I tried the medium. Had a little heat but way spicier than I expected from a fast food joint. The fries are perfectly seasoned. The Texas Toast was great and the first time I have ever enjoyed in a fast food environment. Lucky sauce is amazing, beats out any other similar styles in the area.This place blew away any expectations I could have ever have had, highly recommend!

**Pros:** You can choose from various levels of spiciness. The service is reasonably quick, the vibe is enjoyable, and the restaurant is generally clean. They offer waffles and a unique special sauce. **Cons:** The prices might be a bit high for fast food, but honestly, I think it’s worth it, although some people might disagree. I personally love the spicy chicken tenders with the sauce, while my friend prefers the sandwiches. It’s definitely an improvement over typical fast-food chains, although it’s not quite gourmet quality. Overall, this place is fantastic. Come grab some chicken!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Jessie at the counter, whose huge smile was incredibly welcoming. She reassured us that the restaurant is now under new management. We placed our order, and when the food arrived, it was delightful. We're thrilled to have found another great spot in the area. Thank you, Lucky's, for turning things around; you’re back on the map! And a special thanks to Jessie for her wonderful attitude and smile. Just to clarify, this review is specifically for the Gaston location.

I used to come here all the time before another company bought them out and changed everything, which made me stop coming as frequently. I came back to this location for the first time in a year and everything went back to how it was before as the original owner bought the company back. The food was amazing, and the service was even better. Jessy was such a nice and amazing person to talk to, I will definitely be coming back more often because of her. I was expecting a chicken patty but received chicken tenders in my sandwich instead. The medium heat (Feeling Lucky) was a bit too spicy for my taste. However, the fries were delicious! I requested them to be cooked a bit longer for that extra crunch, and they did not disappoint. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the complimentary ice cream was a nice touch. The customer service was excellent as well; the staff was friendly and polite.

Lucky?s Hot Chicken was a serene experience, that had the perfect picturesque diner. I had the three tenders, which came out hot and fresh that were delicious. The service was average, but not bad. The atmosphere of the restaurant was peaceful. Although Iwould try to avoid coming late, because the neighborhood isn?t the nicest, there were many people who seem to be on drugsoutside, which I don?t blame the diner, just a precaution.

Absolutely fantastic! The chicken was juicy yet crispy, and the sandwich had a perfect balance of flavors. The fries were seasoned just right, and the mac and cheese was simply outstanding. My only complaint is that it wasn't as spicy as I expected, even when I opted for the spiciest option. Plus, there's complimentary soft serve, and the ambiance is quite trendy. If you're near a Lucky's, consider yourself very fortunate!

Pleasantly surprised! My bf has been wanting to take me here for awhile and I can see why. Menu is minimal but for good reason. You either get a chicken sandwich or chicken tenders and the flavor is delicious! The spice levels are real so be careful ????
