For years, this bakery has offered a variety of hot rice sets such as curry chicken, spare ribs and mushroom chicken. I've tried almost all their rice meals and I like them all but my favourite rice dishes are spare ribs in black bean sauce and minced beef. I've been coming here for many years and their rice dishes are always consistently really good. Although the price of a rice set (includes a hot drink) has increased to $8.85 ...it is still an amazing deal!

Hardly any selection by 3 pm. A couple of buns and no deserts. Service is rude: "we were busy and we close at 5 pm. We don 't have any dessert "Nice looking cafe style just to have a coffee or tea. Don 't look for anything to snack with it. They don 't seem to make anything fresh there. It 's a shame. They used to be so nice with good assortment of desserts (before the Pandemic). Now they are swatting flies.

Pineapple buns are good. However they recently started charging for paper bags $2.50). As a customer who purchased expensive buns and over 6 buns. And have to pay for the overpriced paper bag to carry them out is unacceptable.

I used to go to their Kennedy location. This one is the nicest in decor. However, services and quality are the worst. The egg tart dough was terrible, hard and chewy. HK style ice tea is no good. I won’t go back here for sure. Reserva una mesa ahora

It's a good place to order snacks and the lunch set is delicious. It's also a good place to chat and drink coffee with friends. Their sugar water is good, but Yuanyang’s is mediocre. There are not many seats to sit on.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. A nasty lady yelled at me when I pointed out that she got my order wrong.There are 10 places doing the same thing within a 2 minute drive, go to one of them.

Delicious baked goods and drinks! The steamed rice is tasty too! However the service was bad. The lady who worked at the register hates her job.
