My therapist at MLH recommended I go to Luigi and Giovanni for lunch sandwiches and am I glad she did.This place is great: products are fresh, people are pleasant and prices are fair. You can watch them slice the meat fresh and no frozen hamburgers here.I also my wife's new special Peanut butter bacon cheeseburger; sounds strange but it is unique and good.I am only in Newtown Square twice a week but I always stop there and you should too.

Stopped by today for lunch and got the chicken parm sandwich. Would have been great except the chicken was clearly left in the fryer for so long I could barely eat it. Ended up throwing half the sandwich away. What a disappointment! There was also no one else at the deli counter and like five people working behind it, so I can’t fathom what their excuse could be.

Definitely not a place to order take out online. Requires 6 hour notice. Ordered 2 hoagies, got there 15 minutes after pickup time, was told by two young men behind the deli counter that they forgot about the order and asked me to give them 3 minutes. Just went in and asked for gnocchi in red sauce. They gave me Potatoes and green beans in red sauce. Charged me $18 and change for a small container. I come here all the time because I work right around the corner and never have any problems. And it’s a shame because I really like this place. Last time I’m coming here.

Pretty much the only place near mainline that has imported Italian meats and cheeses. Owner is very friendly and prices are high. My go to pick-ups are mortadella because you can't find the real stuff at grocery stores. You can even buy arrosticini and porchetta here.

Food was not as expected. The rolls they gave us were two different types and stale. Very disappointing. Not worth the money spent. Unfortunately it was not even something to go back and complain about because we had 10 people waiting for dinner.

Spacious, beautiful new design, great selection of items and sales. Lots of large aisles and lots of stuff. Good marking and signage too.

Ordered porchetta for a party. It was horrible, no taste, cut so small it looked like cream. Hurdly anybody ate it. So disappointed!!
