Update from previous review: received correspondence from customer service that recognized the situation was not okay and reimbursed us accordingly. I guess Luna Grill do things right for us! I love Luna Grill, but we had a bad experience at this point. A few weeks ago we ordered online for the order to pick up. We live about 25 minutes away from this place, so we realized that they forgot one of our Entrées plus 2 sauces that were paid. It was frustrating, but we understand mistakes. We called and were commissioned for 10 minutes, so we decided to call another phone and we were immediately helped what was very strange. We talked to one of the workers and she said she had the Entrée and Sauc...

Delicious! Quick and easy. We eat here every couple of months. Today the food was better than ever! We ordered with a delivery service and the food was so good. We ordered the chicken, beef, lamb, and salmon. Everything was tender and on point. I called the manager to let him know how happy we were with our order. The manager was so friendly and appreciative. I asked him please do not change a thing. Wonderful customer service. Positive attitude. What a refreshing experience. Thank you!

The food in this Temecula location is delicious! I have been a Luna Grill customer for many years and I have visited almost every single LunaGrill restaurant in San Diego, and I can tell this location is the best food, customer service, and cleanliness. (Bathrooms are clean and well-stocked) I live in San Marcos and I make trips to Temecula only to eat at this location. I hope the other locations in San Diego could be improved their food, customer service, and management.

Have had Luna Grill from this location multiple times, and this time it was unacceptable. The apple walnut salad comes with a “lettuce medley” which includes radicchio and romaine lettuce. This time the salad contained only old and already browning iceberg lettuce and for some reason contained carrot and radish, something it’s not supposed to have according to the menu. I am 100% convinced I was served a bagged iceberg salad bought from the grocery store. Reserva una mesa ahora

This place is amazing!! I come here often since I work close by. Food is always fresh and tastes delicious!! Staff is super friendly. I love how they have staff pics playing on a big screen in their lobby btws! Strawberry hibiscus and lemonade mixed (Waay fiiire) lol um what else? Oh yeah download their app too I saved bunch already and they give you points every time you scan the barcode on the receipt!!!!!

I've always loved luna grill. But....somewhere along the lines someone in luna grill's hierarchy decided that getting rid of lamb, cornish hens and actual steaks would be better for their bottom line. I guess they have joined the ranks of pretentious restaurants that serve not so real meats anymore..... really disappointed- another one bites the dust! This may be a bit harsh but it's true.

I absolutely love this place! The service was outstanding, and our waitress, Krystal, was incredibly friendly and welcomed us with a smile. It's refreshing to experience such hospitality, especially since not many places offer it these days.

The folks here prepare the best Middle Eastern meals anywhere around! The chicken and the falafels are simply fabulous. These are the nicest folks as well.
