The staff was very patient while I was deciding on my order, and everything truly tasted freshly made. They offer great options for lemonade and teas compared to other fast-casual restaurants. My only complaint is that the staff didn't manage a group of 6-year-olds who kept climbing over the counter. They were pretending to have fistfights and hugging each other right in the payment area, with no adult supervision around to keep them in line. The staff seemed to allow it to happen, which was a bit disruptive.
I'd like to shout out Lucas for his kind heart and warm customer service! I visited this location with my little girl, and he was just such a sweet person! He really added something special to our mommy daughter date :)And the food was just phenomenal!Perfect grill on the chicken and the rice was made very well! Great portions! Typical Luna Grill experience- extremely friendly service, generous portions, and tasty food. The chicken, rice, salad, and gyro we shared were all very good. I tried their pomegranate lemonade (pomerade? and it was good. They have an interesting selection of fountain drinks. They have indoor and outdoor dining. If you sit outside you’ll be able to hear the live entertainment at Bushfire Grill. On the downside, their restroom needed some serious attention.
I received friendly service, and my food was prepared in under five minutes—it was absolutely delicious! The gyros were among the best I’ve ever had, and I chose the chipotle sauce, which provided the perfect balance of spice and flavor. The fries were also excellently cooked and tasted fantastic. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5!

My family and I love Luna grill! It has a friendly atmosphere along with great food! My favorite thing to eat is the chicken pita wrap. We love heading to this Luna grill before heading out to the movie theatre.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they are always running kids drawing contests!
We dined in last night for the first time and loved it! We had a rowdy 2 year old with us but Manager Carlos was there to ease our worries, he took great care of us and delivered to us some awesome food. Thanks again Carlos, your definitely an asset to the Luna Grill team!!!
Ethan and Cole provided fantastic recommendations for their favorite dishes. I enjoyed the Santorini bowl, while my wife opted for the flat-cut chicken plate. Both meals were delicious, and the atmosphere was incredibly friendly! Food: 5/5
The food is beyond awful here, I have eaten here about 6-7 times and 2 out of those 7 times I have gotten sick from the meals. However the service is good, but the food is not. This will be my final visit at Luna Grill.Food: 1/5

Exceptionally wonderful customer service! The manager was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The store is always so well-kept and warm. In San Diego, this is by far my favorite Luna Grill. Continue to be amazing!
My favorite spot in La Costa! The food is incredibly delicious. The guys at the counter are very helpful and handsome, especially Martin—he's the best. Food rating: 5/5.
