Lunasia Dim Sum House

I'll be fully transparent. I've only picked up food from here, never dined in, so my rating should not reflect the service or atmosphere. The food was good, but when you only order two items, and one of them is lacking... With THESE prices, I gotta call you out! I've been to many dim sum places, so I have a good idea of what should be expected, at least when it comes to BBQ pork buns. I paid $7 for three, and I'm not exaggerating when I tell you it's 90% bun, 10% meat. Normally when I visit places it's at least 50%-70% meat. And that's at a cheaper price. Was super disappointed by the lack of food inside the bun. BBQ buns are my favorite dim sum food and I feel like this place is cheating cu...

We got there right when they opened. There was a line to get in the door. They seemed very organized and had plenty of servers. I can't remember what we ordered but remembered what we wouldn't order again. There was a spinach dumpling that didn't really taste much like spinach. The shrimp dumplings and Shumai were really good. The Chinese brocolli could have used more sauce. They were very frugal with the sauce.

Great option if you are craving dumplings! I normally go to Ding Tai Fung for dumpling, but I ended up trying this place out! I thought it was cool how you can order your food on the mobile app! the dumplings are different from what I had before, but this place was good in its own way! only thing was I didn't know what some of the stuff were.. I wish they had more pictures of the food on the menu!

One of the better dim sum spot in OC. Of course you can't compare to the 626 area but for the short drive it's good enough. Just make sure that you're ready to wait because it's crowded on the weekend. I always get the signature dim sum but I'd recommend trying the beef tribe, and also thousands egg and pork congee.Parking: Come early for more parkingKid-friendliness: Have high chairs

The food was great. Lots of seafood options and well made. Very clean and modern. Went during the week, no cart service but a convenient web ordering system. Very quick service. Accommodated a large group easily. (Only negative, charged for chilly oil???
