Lund Pub and Bistro

The chef prepared a delightful surprise dinner for two, which was not only beautifully presented but also delicious. The meal included mussels and cod followed by a wonderful toffee sticky pudding. The following morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast served in our room, which was arranged after dinner. The salmon eggs benedict was particularly outstanding. We are looking forward to returning in the summer with our family for a five-night stay. Thank you to Chef Linton and the staff for a wonderful dining experience.

The Back Eatery is a delightful surprise in the Lund Resort. Dinner was excellent. We started with delicious, moist crab cakes well presented with a fruit salsa. The hearty lamb shanks were meaty and tender with a rich glaze nestled on a bed of mushroom polenta. The chef’s crémeux dessert was a final surprise, tasty and wonderfully presented. The staff were hospitable and friendly while being extremely efficient (and knowledgeable of the menu). This restaurant is a gem.

Cole was the most polite and well- informed waiter ever. Both times we have been here, the food has been excellent; the view is spectacular and the art- First Nations produced, is definitely worth seeing.

We enjoyed a fantastic lunch deal during happy hour, with $5 beers and $7 burgers and fries. The burgers were delicious and the fries were just right.

Excellent food and great view! Highly recommend the poutine and honey garlic chicken wings. Our two hungry teenagers agree! Highly recommend!
